Responsibilities –

Are you ready to lead procurement within a fast-paced, innovative engineering and manufacturing environment?

We’re looking for an experienced Procurement Lead to manage strategic sourcing and supply chain operations across cutting-edge marine and propulsion technologies, including components for next-generation vessel systems.

• Oversee procurement of vessel parts and associated technologies, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Lead strategic sourcing initiatives for key commodities, while managing tail spend to optimise overall procurement efficiency.
• Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships, focusing on performance, cost control, and quality assurance.
• Negotiate contracts, secure approvals, and monitor project progress, ensuring high standards of quality and service.
• Support and enhance ERP systems, identifying opportunities to streamline procurement processes and drive continuous improvement.
• Actively contribute to procurement reporting and team meetings, ensuring alignment with broader operational goals.
• Champion procurement best practices and compliance with internal policies and procedures.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support effective operations and project delivery.
• Foster a culture of innovation, integrity, and collaboration, aligned with the company’s core values.
