We are an outsourcing company that has clients in Europe, USA and Asia. We are looking for an Recruitment Procurement Specialist- EMEA to work for our valued client in their office in London. Our client is a social media video content platform for creating and sharing short lip-sync, comedy, and talent videos and with offices in most EMEA and AMS countries.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for procurement activities within the recruitment services category.
- Manage purchase requests of recruitment services category, execute procurement process, and maintain organized data records.
- Proceed with purchase orders and ensure efficient handling of sourcing requirements.
- Support project bidding by assisting in documentation, report preparation, and bidding coordination.
- Conduct market research and data analysis for staffing services, executive search, and background check industries to support informed procurement decisions.
Qualifications:
- Educational Requirement: Bachelor or above preferred.
- Strong analytical and independent thinking skills, collaborative team player with relevant procurement experience preferred.
- Proficient in Office software (particularly Excel), ERP, and OA systems.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills with a strong sense of teamwork.
- Quick learner, honest, dependable, highly responsible, and positive with strong professional values.
- At least 3 years or more relevant experience.
- Proficiency in Chinese is preferred.
