You will be part of a team advising clients on matters including:
- strategic trading relationships with customers, suppliers or partners
- implementing new technologies or new ways of working
- preparing businesses for investment, sale or purchase
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ PQE and responsibilities will include:
- managing all aspects of the client relationship, from engagement to billing and chasing payment
- ensuring compliance with all file management processes
- reviewing and updating client contracts
- updating and consulting with Senior Associates and Partners
