A well-established UK engineering consultancy is looking for an Associate Director to lead and grow their Bristol civil engineering office. This is a prime opportunity to shape a growing team and deliver high-quality infrastructure projects, including residential and commercial developments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the local civils team
• Drive business growth across the South West
• Maintain strong client relationships
• Support strategic office expansion

What We’re Looking For

• Chartered Civil Engineer (CEng MICE or equivalent)
• Proven consultancy leadership experience
• Commercial and client-facing skills
• Knowledge of the Bristol/South West market
