Risk & Controls Analyst

We are working with a leading general insurance company to recruit a Risk Analyst to support their Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) function. Reporting to the Group Head of Risk, this role plays a key part in maintaining the risk framework and coordinating Risk and Control Self-Assessments (RCSAs) across the business.

Key Responsibilities

1. Assisting with independent review and challenge of risk data and controls.
2. Helping ensure risk policies are maintained and regulatory obligations are met.
3. Contributing to broader risk reporting, including ORSA and Board papers.
4. Staying up to date with relevant regulatory and compliance developments.
5. Supporting the maintenance and development of the ERM Framework.
