Location: UK Remote (Must be based in the UK)

Duration: 11 months

Salary: £129,000 per year

About the Role:

We are seeking a Senior Data Scientist to join our dynamic team, where you will play a crucial role in supporting key strategic projects over the next nine months. Reporting directly to the Data Science lead for our App & Gaming division, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting initiatives that drive performance and innovation in one of the largest advertising verticals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deep Analysis: Conduct thorough analyses to uncover patterns and insights that will fuel the continued growth of our App & Gaming business.
• Experimentation: Generate and test hypotheses, analyse product experiment results, and offer actionable recommendations.
• Collaboration: Work closely with engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to translate insights into impactful product directions.
• Business Intelligence: Provide BI and data visualisation support to help leadership understand the health of our business.
• Technical Application: utilise your knowledge of statistics, machine learning, programming, and data modelling to support our initiatives.

Required Skills:

• Proficient in querying relational databases with SQL, with experience handling large datasets.
• Strong programming skills in languages like Python and/or R.
• Excellent written communication skills, capable of conveying complex information clearly.
• Proven ability to drive alignment across diverse stakeholders.

Preferred Background:

• Experience in Ads / Ad Tech.
• Background in the App or Gaming industry.
• Previous experience at a large tech organisation.
