Make a difference as a children’s residential support worker!

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and young people? We’re looking for dedicated Residential Support Workers to join a warm and welcoming residential service in Wellingborough.

Position: Residential Support Worker (RSW) Salary: 25,500 (Unqualified) / 28,000 (QCF Level 3 qualified) Sleep-in Allowance: 55 per sleep-in

What You’ll Do:

• Provide high-quality care and support to children and young people.
• Create a safe, nurturing, and positive environment.
• Help with daily activities and routines.
• Support the emotional and social development of our residents.
• Cover up to 7 sleep-ins per month (55 sleep-in allowance).

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in the children and young people’s sector.
• QCF Level 3 qualification or a commitment to achieving this.
• Driver’s licence and your own vehicle.
