Injection Moulding Setter

Job Role: Injection Moulding Setter

Location: Nuneaton

Salary: 20.30 per hour (depending on experience)

Metalis are currently working with a Plastic Injection Moulding company, who are looking for an experienced Injection Moulding Tool Setter to join their team.

Job Duties:

• Set moulding machines and make any relevant process adjustments
• Troubleshoot, fault find and diagnose any repair requirements
• Raise and change any additional tooling requirements
• Load and unload mould tools onto the machines
• Ensure machinery is in a safe working condition
• Carry out other duties such as packaging, inspection of products within the department

Job Requirements:

• 3 years’ experience working with injection moulding machines
• Experience with Krauss, Battenfeld, Borch machines (desired)
• Knowledge of Witmann and Sepro robots (desired)
• Basic understanding of maintenance issues

Salary & Shift:

• 20.30 per hour (depending on experience)
• Mornings, Monday to Friday, 6am – 2pm
• Afternoons, Monday to Friday, 2pm – 10pm
• Nights, Monday to Friday, 10pm – 6am
