Role Overview:

Front of House Management: Oversee operations, greet customers, assess needs, and ensure proper direction.

Team Coordination: Manage team rotas to guarantee coverage for customer greetings and call handling.

Training and Systems: Train team on processes and systems, and maintain up-to-date customer details in showroom systems.

Showroom Presentation: Ensure cleanliness, stock refreshment stations, and manage supply orders and purchase orders.

Vehicle and Data Oversight: Update demonstrator/courtesy vehicle mileages and communicate missing customer data to relevant managers.
