Dedicate Recruitment are delighted to be working in partnership with this highly regarded and prestigious school in Kent, with an enviable record of academic excellence and achievement, to appoint a HR Officer for a 12-month maternity cover.
Reporting to the HR Director and working closely with the HR team, the HR Officer will ensure the delivery of an efficient, high-quality HR advisory service for the school.
- Duties include:
- Onboarding of new employees,
- compiling HR metrics and preparing data reports as required on the HR Information System (iTrent).
- Conduct DBS and Right to Work checks and drafting of contracts for new employees.
- Provide support and training on policies and procedures and provided coaching to managers on ER cases such as absence management.
The successful candidate will be minimum CIPD Level 3 qualified or equivalent, with strong people and technical skills, together with experience of working at pace in HR ideally with an education setting.
This is an on-site, full-time post.37.5 hours per week to commence in June 2025.
