1. Leading the preparation of monthly management accounts and financial reporting
2. Owning financial controls and ensuring compliance across the group
3. Overseeing a team managing general ledgers and core finance processes
4. Partnering with senior stakeholders to drive financial performance

What We’re Looking For:

1. ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified, ideally with a background in practice
2. Experience in financial reporting, controls, and management accounts
3. Ambition to progress towards an FC or FD role in the future
4. Strong technical accounting knowledge with a commercial mindset
