ABOUT THE CLIENT

Philip Morris International (PMI) is a company in the midst of transformation. Originally founded in 1847, PMI is building its future on replacing cigarettes with smoke-free products that, while not risk-free, are a better alternative than cigarette smoking. It’s the biggest shift in PMI’s history. Led by science and innovation, PMI is looking to achieve their vision of a smoke-free future, faster. ABOUT THE ROLE

The focus in the role is on Duty Free activity for PMI. Driving best in class planning, activation, and execution in partnership with the Programmatic and Account teams. This role sits at a cross-section between Global Planning and Strategy and Local Planning and Activation and offers an exciting opportunity.

You will work closely with various teams and stakeholders, providing you the opportunity to learn across agency functions and be part of multiple exciting digital projects. You will own the Duty Free remit and drive growth.

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE WORK

Planning & Strategy

  1. Support the Global Account Director in the creation of yearly Duty-Free strategy
  2. Create and update global media plans
  3. Work with media partners and internal teams on activating media plans globally
  4. Develop and present PCA’s
  5. Source new media partners to expand PMI Duty Free’s remit
  6. Manage strategic workstreams including test and learn and manage our strategic partnerships to maximize results
  7. Understand and communicate our programmatic value proposition, technology, and processes
  8. Oversee client portfolio including communication, campaign setup, troubleshooting, and reporting

Client Servicing & Management

  1. Support management of key client stakeholders across digital tasks and workstreams
  2. Develop relationships with internal stakeholders to be a key point of reference on the PMI Duty Free team
  3. Manage media owner relationships
  4. Be the go-to person for guidance & support for Duty Free offerings from PMI
  5. Own and oversee the finance process, ensuring accurate and timely booking, reconciliation and issue resolution

Qualifications

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

  • Strong Programmatic knowledge and skills in major DSPs (i.e. Google’s DV360, Amazon AAP, Tradedesk) and extensive knowledge of the RTB and wider programmatic landscape
  • Media planning and RTB preparation experience
  • Good writing skills and comfortable presenting and communicating
  • Processes driven and driving best practice
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
  • Keen attention to detail and an analytical approach to achieving objectives
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to pull insights from data
  • Project management and communication skills to engage with multiple stakeholders
  • Highly organized with examples of delivering projects in a timely manner
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment while ensuring high standards of work
  • Evidence of being solution-driven and innovative
