Are you a Head of Bids and have experience within Construction looking to spearhead a team in what is a brand new role for the company, where the work you do will have a direct impact on the growth of an already extremely successful and award-winning company?
Do you want to be part of a hugely exciting company that has gone from strength to strength since their inception 20 years ago, winning many prestigious contracts along the way? You will be joining an industry-leading specialist within the public sector and be tasked with leading a team to manage the company’s tendering process.
In this role, you will be leading an already established bid team of 3 members and be a crucial cog in a company of over 100 staff. You will oversee and manage bid submissions for projects up to 15M while developing winning bid strategies and compelling proposals.
This role would suit a Head of Bids that has experience within the construction industry and also leading Bid teams, who wants to be seen as the go-to person and be directly responsible for securing high-end projects.

- Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure commercial success
- Enhance bid processes to improve efficiency and success rates
The Person
- Proven track record in bid management within construction
- Experience leading successful bids
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills
