The Role
- The Programme Director will take full responsibility for the successful delivery of a diverse project portfolio, ensuring excellence in execution, stakeholder satisfaction, and commercial success. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and overseeing the delivery of multiple, high-profile projects across education, science, and commercial sectors.
- Managing programme budgets, schedules, and resources to achieve strategic objectives.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and wider professional team.
- Driving innovation and ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standards of quality and compliance.
- Providing leadership and mentoring to project teams, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.
About you:
- Extensive experience in programme management, ideally within the education, science, or commercial sectors.
- A strong background in managing complex, multi-disciplinary construction/project portfolios.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven expertise in delivering projects on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.
- Professional qualifications such as RICS, CIOB, or APM are desirable but not essential.
